Welcome to Ryzo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ryzo mobile application (the "App") and our website at www.ryzo-ai.com (collectively, the "Services").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. Medical & Health Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Ryzo is an AI-powered fitness tool designed for general information, motivation, and planning purposes only. We are not medical professionals, and our Services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should always consult with a physician or healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise routine, dietary program, or weight-loss plan. You assume all risks associated with your physical activity, workout sessions, and nutritional changes.

2. Account Creation and Registration

To use certain features of the App (such as logging meals or generating customized workouts), you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Promptly notify us if you suspect any unauthorized access to or breach of your account.

3. License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your mobile device for personal, non-commercial fitness purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App to distribute malware, spam, or engage in any unlawful activities.
• Log false, misleading, or abusive information within public areas of the Services (e.g. communities).

4. Free Tier & Pro Subscription Features

Ryzo offers a free basic tier ("Ryzo Free") as well as a premium monthly subscription ("Ryzo Pro VIP").

• Free Tier Features: Manual meal logging, standard exercise library access, basic daily water intake tracking, and standard 1x leaderboard ranking with in-app ads.
• Ryzo Pro VIP Features: Includes (1) AI Meal Snap Scanner for South Asian (Roti, Biryani, Curries, etc.) and international dishes, (2) Barcode Scanner for instant food search, (3) Auto Steps Tracking with background step counter sync, (4) AI Coach Ryzo for 24/7 personal workout & diet guidance, (5) 2x Leaderboard Points multiplier to rank on top and share achievement badges, and (6) a 100% Ad-Free experience.
• Monthly Subscription Basis: Subscriptions are offered on a recurring monthly billing cycle ("Monthly Subscription").
• 3-Day Free Trial: Eligible new users may activate a 3-day free trial to access all Ryzo Pro features for 72 hours free of charge. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the expiration of the 3-day trial period, your trial will automatically convert into a paid Monthly Subscription, and your payment method will be charged.
• Auto-Renewal & Pre-Charge Notice: Monthly Subscriptions automatically renew every month unless cancelled. Pre-renewal notifications will be sent prior to upcoming billing charges.
• Regional Pricing: Subscription rates vary based on your country, region, and local taxes, starting from 490 PKR / month (or the equivalent in your local currency in Google Play checkout).
• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel anytime via Google Play Store app $\rightarrow$ Profile $\rightarrow$ Payments & subscriptions $\rightarrow$ Subscriptions $\rightarrow$ Ryzo $\rightarrow$ Cancel subscription at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
• Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or specified under the Google Play Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including the design, layout, logos, brand elements (such as our official mascot and character assets), illustrations, database configurations, and AI prompts, are and will remain the exclusive property of Ryzo and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ryzo, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to physical injuries, health complications, loss of profits, data loss, or system downtime arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

7. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or infringes on our rights.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Services after terms updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
